This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made within the Zikar App, operated by Zikar App Ltd (registered in England and Wales). We are committed to being fair and transparent about when refunds are available.
By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms of this policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, Google's own refund policy applies in addition to this policy. You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly from Google Play:
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@zikar.app before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues fairly.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account and being blocked from future subscriptions. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.
If you believe we have not honoured your statutory rights, you may contact the Citizens Advice Bureau, Trading Standards, or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
